One Controller for Two Synchronized Linear Actuators
When multiple linear actuators are used together, their motor speeds may not be exactly the same.
This can cause uneven movement or mechanical stress. The SLA-SCN2-HC synchronous controller receives feedback signals
from built-in Hall sensors and automatically adjusts each actuator, allowing two actuators to extend and retract in sync.
Designed for Stable Multi-Actuator Synchronization
The controller combines Hall sensor feedback, wired touch control, wireless remote operation, preset memory positions,
and protection functions for reliable synchronized actuator movement.
Synchronous Control
Controls Two electric linear actuators to extend and retract at the same speed.
Touch Control Handle
Equipped with six touch buttons: ▲, ▼, 1, 2, 3, and R for easy operation.
Remote Control
Supports wireless remote control with real-time stroke position display.
Memory Positions
Buttons 1, 2, and 3 can store three preset stroke positions.
External Control Option
Supports either manual switch function or limit switch function.
Protection Function
Actuators slow down near the end position and keep 1 mm reserved travel when fully retracted.

Simple Wiring for Two Linear Actuators
Connect the touch handle, four actuator channels, and DC power supply according to the controller terminals.
Connect Touch Handle
Connect the touch control handle to the Hand Set port of the controller.
Connect Actuators
Connect the Two linear actuators to CH1, CH2.
Connect Power Supply
Connect the DC power supply positive pole to + and negative pole to –.
Control Mode Setting
The controller has two selectable control modes. Press the pairing button on the controller three times continuously
to switch between the two modes.
Momentary Mode
Press and hold the button to move the actuators. Release the button to stop.
Interlocking Mode
Press the button once, and the actuators will move automatically until reaching the end position.
Touch Handle Button Functions
The touch handle provides extension, retraction, memory position, reset, and real-time stroke display functions.
Do not touch the handle during first power-on to avoid affecting sensitivity calibration.
| Button | Function |
|---|---|
| ▲ | Press and hold to extend all Two actuators. Release to stop. |
| ▼ | Press and hold to retract all Two actuators. Release to stop. |
| 1 / 2 / 3 | Move all actuators automatically to the stored position. |
| R | Reset the system when a fault code appears. |
| LED Display | Displays real-time stroke data. Example: 03.5 means 35 mm. |
Wireless Remote Operation
The remote control can operate the actuators in momentary mode or interlocking mode.
The LED display shows real-time stroke data, such as UP 29.5 cm or DN 20.0 cm.
Momentary Mode
- Hold ▲: all actuators extend.
- Hold ▼: all actuators retract.
- Release the button to stop.
Interlocking Mode
- Press ▲: actuators extend automatically to the maximum stroke.
- Press ▼: actuators retract automatically to the bottom.
- Press any button or stop button to stop during operation.
Manual Switch or Limit Switch Function
The external control terminals can be configured as either manual switch input or limit switch input.
Please select the required function when ordering.
| Function | Connection | Description |
|---|---|---|
| Manual Switch | UP + COM / DOWN + COM | Connect an external UP/DOWN manual switch to operate all actuators. |
| Limit Switch | UP + COM / DOWN + COM | Connect two normally open limit switches to stop the actuators automatically. |
| External Reset | RST + COM | Connect RST and COM to reset the system when required. |
Preset Position Memory and System Reset
The controller can store three stroke positions and includes a reset function for system recovery.
How to Store Memory Positions
Move all Two actuators to the required stroke position, then press and hold button 1,
2, or 3 for about 5 seconds. When the LED value flashes, the position is stored.
Reset Function
Press and hold the R button on the touch handle or the Reset button on the controller.
Release the button when all actuators return to the bottom position and the LED display shows 00.0.
External reset is also available by connecting RST and COM until reset is complete, then disconnecting them.
Suitable Applications
Ideal for equipment requiring Two linear actuators to lift, lower, or adjust position synchronously.
